Looking for someone wanting a long-term career with a small team. **Must Haves:** + Maintenance technician + Basic computer skills + Building Maintenance on the following areas: + Plumbing + HVAC - Cleaning and changing coils, cleaning filters + Carpentry + Drywall and Painting + Janitorial + Boiler + Landscaping - zero-turn mowing, snow removal + Cleaning and changing coils **Job Type** This is a contract to hire position. **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Paris, Illinois. **Work Environment** **The position involves working four 10-hour shifts per week.
