Your Mission:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems

Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance

Ensure safety and compliance with regulations and company standards

Oversee vendor and contractor work to maintain quality control

Keep track of tools, inventory, and maintenance records

Proactively identify and fix potential issues before they become problems

What You Bring to the Table:

5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or commercial building systems

EPA 608 Type II Certification required (Universal preferred)

Expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

High school diploma or equivalent required (trade school a plus)

Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
