This position is responsible for performing basic, routine, and preventive maintenance to facility buildings, grounds, and equipment. They will also help ensure facilities are tidy and functional.\n

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nMonitors the plant, grounds, and related equipment to determine maintenance needs.\nPerform interior and exterior maintenance tasks including loading docks, garage doors, HVAC systems, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.\nDevelop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.\nPlow parking lots, shovel sidewalks and emergency exits, and salt sidewalks as needed.\nMaintains the exterior of the premises by mowing and picking up garbage or miscellaneous items from the yard.\nInspects and records fire extinguishers and emergency lighting every month.\nCollaborates with contractors for repairs when necessary.\nTravels to branches outside St Cloud in the states of MN and WI to assist with maintenance\n\nMINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE\n\nRequires a high school diploma or equivalent\nRequires a valid class D driver's license.\nExperience in a similar role preferred.\n\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\n\nRequires ability to understand and follow directions orally and in writing.\nRequires mechanical aptitude with tools and equipment.\nRequires ability to communicate with individuals throughout the building and outside vendors.\nMust be well-organized and have the ability to work independently.\nRequires forklift certification (company provided).\n\n
