Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Worker to join our team.   You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our facility, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-kept environment.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

May escort, coordinate and supervise general contractors or outside repair personnel.Requesting supplies and equipment.Performs routine and complex maintenance and repair of building and support equipment.Performs and documents scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on support equipment.Evaluates and makes repair recommendations on building equipment.Perform other related duties as required.Work location may vary in Columbia, Missouri.  (two sites)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma1 year of general facility experienceAuthorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates who live within a commutable distance of Columbia, MO are encouraged to apply.
