About the Role
Responsible to handle and supervise the repair & maintenance works including liaising with landlord, building management company, vendors and tenant / end user. Handling Ad hoc projects as assigned from time to time in a proper manner of budgeting & cost Management, resources allocation, vendor management, stack holder communications, risk assessment and mitigation and post-project evaluation.Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and advise the repair & maintenance works’ process to meet service levels.Budgeting and Cost Management: Estimating the costs involved in the project, preparing budget proposals, and monitoring expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Resource Allocation: Identifying and coordinating the necessary resources, such as labor, materials, and equipment, to execute the project effectively. Vendor Management: Engaging with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as department heads or facility managers, to understand their requirements and keep them informed about the project progress.Monitor the technical team’s work process in order to enhance and streamline it from time to time in a cost-effective way.Ad hoc task as assigned from time to time.Minimum Job Requirements:
University graduates preferably in Engineering, Facility Management, Surveying or equivalentsMinimum 5 years relevant experiencesGood command of English & ChineseMature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibilityGood communication, negotiation and co-ordination skillsKnowledge in project management in building / office renovation projectsPC skills in office operating software (ie.
