We are looking for a Workplace Facilities Coordinator, to be To manage & support the Variation & Onboarding Process ensuring completion within the required timescales & to the required standard.
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will set consistently high standards across your allocated area and share best practice with the rest of the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of the customer and exceeds them wherever possible.
Facilities Coordinator to work in a team that constantly communicate together and keep each other updated in relation to all areas within the business.
Main Duties
Processing new variations for onboarding & removing assets/services to/from contract. Reviewing variations received from the client, ensuring all information & supporting documentation is supplied, & promptly submitting any queries & challenges to the client in a professional manner. Assigning actions to all stakeholders, outlining their requirements & setting timescales. Carrying out regular review meetings with action owners to ensure actions will be completed within timescales & escalating any issues which would impact delivery within set timescales. Establishing professional relationships with the client & all stakeholders. Supporting Artchibus supervisor in duties and tasks to provide residence in the this role Handle routine and other delegated matters on behalf of the Manager as requested Strong verbal and literacy skills. Accrate and effceint data entry skills Strong IT skills Advanced office 365 applications expericnce and skill level Good commercial awareness and mindful approach to cost. Maintain a professional approach at all times.
