Responsibilities:
FACILITIIES MANAGEMENT
Responsible for facilities management for all stores, remote store premises and office in Hong Kong and Macau; Monitor and manage daily and regular maintenance works in all stores, remote store premises and office in Hong Kong and Macau, included air-conditioning, fire services, electricity, back of house management, etc., with immediate actions; Work directly with vendors and organize working schedule based on urgency of task; Coordinate with related internal departments, landlords and public authorities for maintenance works and issues; Perform regular store visits to review store conditions and follow up on associated works; Review and create frameworks and annual plan, formulate strategies on facilities management protocols, smart technologies application and implementation, resources planning to maximize efficiency of facilities resources to support store operations; Regular review of all functions and operations of facilities management for continuous improvement and working towards best practices; Follow up yearly maintenance contracts (such as materials, lighting, flooring, carpet, security system, air-conditioning, fire services, building management system, etc.) for all stores, remote store premises and office; Conduct regular training to store team on facilities management; Prepare monthly maintenance calendar and report; Provide yearly work order report, data consolidation and analysis; Plan for yearly forecast and coordinate with internal stakeholders; Coordinate procurement of materials from overseas or local market, manage and monitor inventory; Manage material library;PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Manage minor works in stores and small scale projects including remote staff facilities and office; Prepare budget, administer tendering process, and manage construction work for minor works and small scale projects; Monitor handover process of completed project and follow up all outstanding defects until satisfactory completion;COST MANAGEMENT
Prepare annual budget for maintenance and minor works; Closely monitor budget with diligent cost control; Regular review with finance department for actual vs. estimated costs/budget;SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Ensure all works are compliance with local regulations and safety standards; Conduct annual inspections on fire services, safety, security system, electrical system, etc., and address any issues promptly;VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Oversees external service providers and contractors, ensuring quality and timely service delivery; Conduct performance check and risk assessment on service providers; Sourcing of new vendors;OTHERS
Lead and supervise technical staff to carry out routine works; Work on ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned. Requirements:Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in Facilities Management/Building Services/Project Management/Engineering; Experience in facilities management with technical and retail background is preferred; Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices; Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; Strong analytical skills with cost control experience; Effective communication and interpersonal abilities; Knowledge and ability to read architectural/technical plans are essential; Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCAD; Proactive, Independent, Responsible, Team Player, Solutions Driven and Detail-oriented; Willing to work out of office hours; Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
