Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor relations, purchasing and vendor payments.
- Oversee the performance of facilities staff.
- Oversee and ensure the appropriate response to all types of emergencies and crisis situations.
- Oversee contractors for facility renovation projects including HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangements, etc.
- Maintain current knowledge in the field of facilities management, maintenance, and security.
- Establish, implement, and update facility/security related policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety precautions, standards, policies, and procedures.
- Report and communicate effectively with operations staff.
- Conduct budget forecasting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7 years relevant professional experience.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of education.
- Manage vendor relationships, purchasing activities, and ensure timely vendor payments.- Supervise facilities staff and oversee contractors involved in renovation and maintenance projects.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to emergencies, while maintaining up-to-date facility and security policies.
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and operational schedules in alignment with organizational goals.- Having Experience with Access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and implementing solutions based on business trends and data analysis.
