Collaborate on building and grounds maintenance needs with the Operations teamMonitor operation and proper use of all equipment and systems Control department budgets and spendingMonitor the use and inventory of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipmentCoach and develop the Facilities team and drive Associate engagementDemonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit and CaringEnsure that Facilities Associates and Porters are adequately trained, equipped, and engagedDelegate and follow-up on the completion of tasksMaintain safety, health, and environmental policies and proceduresEnsure city, county, state, and federal regulations relating to the maintenance department are metWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years facilities management experience for a large or multi-unit venue requiredExperience building a team, highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentCertificate and two years of documentable HVAC or Electrical journeyman level experienceKnowledge of welding and soldering techniquesBuilding maintenance/ construction knowledgeMechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair knowledgeMust have a clean driving recordExcellent communication, time management and organization skillsEnergy and enthusiasmA high level of self-awareness, receptivity to change and integrityAbility to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of timeAbility to lift items weighing up to 50 lb.Ability to stoop and bendAvailability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for long periods of time including maneuvering up and down ladders and stairs
