The Facilities Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Regional Manager and the Corporate Real Estate team with the delivery of quality facility management services for client sites within the Baltimore area. This role will coordinate and manage tenant requirements and service delivery to ensure satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Be point of contact for client, building engineers, and vendors for client sites in Baltimore areaOversee delivery of services for multiple client sitesDevelop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client.Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client.Oversee the development and management of expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representativeDevelop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basisAssist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the areaCoordinate with building engineering staff and landlordsOther duties and tasks as assignedPosition requires to be onsite daily with client

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasisMBA desirableMinimum of 8 years industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultantStrong organizational and managementStrong interpersonal and supervisory skills; client facingStrong presentation skillsKnowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpfulExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in MS Office, and MS Share PointComputer proficiency in CMMS tools and work order management; Corrigo knowledge strongly desiredWork in matrix environment between client, vendors, and engineersSupervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessaryExperience in matrix management organization is desirable

Estimated total compensation for this position:

1.00 – 100.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
