Dynamic Facilities Manager Role: Eastern Massachusetts-based, Remote with Travel required to the facilities weekly.

Here is some of what you'll be doing:
Supports the senior facilities Manager and/or IFM Director in implementing the client's short—and long-term goals and projects.Develops and implements innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short- and long-term operating costs by working closely with the Sr. Facility Manager, JLL IFM Leadership, and the client.Completes all facilities-related inspections and reports accurately and on time following the client’s policies for record keeping.Manages the work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors.Leads facilities staff to deliver expected service levels to the client within the prescribed budget.Assists with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the buildings within the area.Oversees the development and management of the capital and expense budgets by interfacing closely with the client representative.Ensure client satisfaction with the site leadership team by providing a seamless interface of the client real estate organization and facilities through leadership, responsiveness, and creativity that develops and maintains a positive relationship.Recommends capital improvements and manages operating budgets.Follows the annual performance plan; accomplishes Key Performance Indicators as agreed with the client in the Objectives of the Performance Agreement for the position.Share innovations and best practices with the assigned owner of best practices for JLL Facilities Management.Manage contractors when on site ensuring each contractor is following all client and JLL policies and ensuring the delivery of the service is completed correctly.Oversee the overall service delivery of the contracted services. Ensure all Client and JLL policies regarding delivery of service, safety, and compliance are followed.Any/other duties as assignedWho we're looking for:
Required
5+ years of industry experience in retail facilities (preferably banking)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeComputer proficiency in CMMS systemsAbility to cover a portfolio of sites primarily located in Massachusetts and Connecticut.Preferred
A bachelor's degreeSchedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call required 24/7 for emergencies.
Pay $90,000+ depending on experience with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary.
