Facilities Manager - Gold Coast University Hospital (Essential Services)

The Facilities Manager will provide day-to-day technical support to the operations team, including the development, implementation and ongoing management of initiatives and actions.
 

Must be Fully Vaccinated!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of site-based activities Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies Maintaining and developing client relationships Lead and coordinate a team of technicians

Skills and Experience:

Relevant work experience in Facilities Management Trade Certification (electrical) required Strong business acumen with demonstrated business planning and high-level financial knowledge and skills. Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.  Personal values aligned with sustainability, integrity and putting people first. High Voltage Maintenance experience.
