What this opportunity involves:

The JLL On-Site Facilities Management (FM) team is engaged to manage all aspects of Facilities Management & Building Management for the operation and maintenance of the Australia Post Tullamarine Cluster (multi industrial and logistic sites, both owned and leased – circa 100,000sqm), including any designated financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, asset and vendor management programs, and to provide facilities administration duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.


This ranges from contractor access coordination through to analysis of service & building performance with a view to strategic & sustainable management of the facility. This is delivered through day to day hard and soft services functions to support the overall operational capability of this facility.

An Overview of the role:

Proactively develop and manage occupier and client relationships to ensure service delivery expectations are fulfilledResponsibility for the delivery of customer and property services to a portfolio of buildingsConduct building inspections and complete reports within governance timeframe for respective portfolioMaintain compliance with regulations / requirements of client contract and all facilities proceduresProactively contribute to the effective and efficient operations of portfolio/facilities and share continuous improvement initiativesLiaise with facilities vendors and coordinate facilities works in conjunctions with JLL PDS account teamDeliver facilities related projects in line with agreed budget or worksProactive management and monitoring of service outputs to achieve standards against KPI’s and service level targets, report regularly to key stakeholdersUnderstand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site for which JLL is responsible

Prior experience working in an industrial environment and working across multiple sites is criticalTertiary qualifications in Property, Facilities or Trade related fields desirable but not mandatoryUnderstanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical and Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageousExperience in front and back-office processes is required with strong administrative skillsStrong customer service focus with excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholdersProactive and motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in management of operational facilities with hard FM skills
