Facilities Manager

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Facilities team based at Failsworth School, Manchester.

 

Location: Oldham, Manchester

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. 

 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in responsibility for the delivery of a Facilities Management service for our client.

.

Your day to day will include:

Ensuring the effective delivery of both the Hard and Soft Facility Management Services in accordance with the Contract, manufacturing literature and operational programmes – responsible for a cluster of buildings within the area. Responsibility for delivering, managing and ensuring contract compliance with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance requirements at Sites. Delivering effective day to day management and liaison with construction/contractor/supplier teams at the site to identify and resolve any operational issues that may affect and impact on the education process and plan appropriate actions in conjunction with the client and the FM SLT to prevent disruption Ensuring that Health, Safety, Environmental, Hygiene and other legislative requirements are in place, up to date and meet statutory, Company and contractual requirements at all sites.

This role of Facilities Manager is great for you if:

Proven FM (Hard/Soft) Operational Management experience in similar environment/s. Experience in managing pre-planned maintenance processes Ability to work under pressure PFI experience is essential
