Are you someone who can:

Develop a service culture which builds rewarding relationships, proposes innovations and allows others to provide exceptional client service.Oversee the daily facilities operations of campuses to ensure they are maintained in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.Develop and implement procedures related to building maintenance & safety, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.Collaborate with property owners, contractors, and vendors to negotiate contracts, review proposals, and ensure cost-effective and quality services.Build and maintain good working relationships between facilities department and tenants providing updates on building maintenance, operations, security and safety.Monitor and manage budgets for building maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and renovations to ensure high standards are maintained.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in building management, recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.Coordinate and supervise on-site staff and maintenance personnel, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Have a relevant diploma or degreeHave 5 years experience in a similar environment with 2 – 3 years experience in a supervisor position
