Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56,900 – $76,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC-R systems, and general facility needs such as carpentry and painting. Follow up on work orders to ensure work is being completed in an efficient, professional quality manner. Ensure all paperwork, work orders, and logs are completed and maintained. Manage the preventive maintenance program, ensure work orders are completed efficiently, and maintain accurate documentation and logs. Collaborate with approved vendors for quotes and services while ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Conduct regular inspections of the facility to evaluate its condition, enforce safety protocols, and participate in fire prevention and safety programs. Supervise the selection, training, and development of team members, fostering a safe and effective work environment while preparing and reviewing daily and weekly reports. Understand the goals and vision of the organization, and demonstrate a commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performance. More about you Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team. Experience in carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and patching, machinery, and metalworking. Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades. Ability to read simple instructions and follow simple diagrams. Ability to perform simple tasks independently after being given specific instructions. Shift details
