What this opportunity involves:
The Facilities Manager will manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned portfolio, and be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients.
The role will assume overall responsibility for the National portfolio of 8 offices, and 1 distribution centre. Whilst the current portfolio is Australia only, there is a likelihood that the portfolio will expand into New Zealand. You will ensure that all preventative and reactive work orders are completed in line with SLAs. You will also ensure financial management, insurance claims, budgeting, WHS audits and regular reporting is completed.
An Overview of the role:
Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and manage escalations regarding contractor matters Effectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordingly Manage asset register including building, plant and equipment inspections and reporting Ensure works do not impede occupation and/or operation of the facility without client approval Oversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, budget, KPI’s, stakeholders and JLL Assist in budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial data to Finance Manager as required Actively foster an environment encompassing teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success Implement, comply with all internal management systems such as Corrigo, JLL onsite, CMO and iComply Strive to achieve and maintain government sustainability aspirations, work collectively with ESS teamSound like you?
