As a Facilities Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the effective delivery of services, managing everything from budgeting and financial forecasting to client relations and vendor management. Your goal is to maintain high service standards, ensuring cost efficiency, client satisfaction, and safety compliance. This is a dynamic role where proactive leadership and excellent communication skills are essential.

Role Purpose:

Create and manage the facility management budget, forecast spending, and provide accruals and variance explanations.Ensure customer-focused services are delivered in line with contract specifications and agreed service levels.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.Provide core facilities and client administration services.Oversee facilities services and implement best practice initiatives to optimise service delivery, focusing on cost, quality, and satisfaction.Respond promptly to service requests, managing contractors and team members effectively.Approve purchase orders and invoices, maintaining records for accounts payable processing.Serve as the office "ambassador," ensuring high-quality service and a professional image.Maintain and file corporate documents and records.Act as the primary contact for client service requests, using facilities management tools like 360.

Skills and Experience:

Experience in Facilities or Office Management.Proactive approach to problem-solving.Vendor management experience, particularly with C&W services like cleaning and mechanical maintenance.Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology.Knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
