Job OverviewThe Facilities manager assures facilities are effectively functioning to provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities. To use the best business practices to manage resources, services, and processes to meet goals and objectives. Develop and maintain an effective Preventative Maintenance Process and a Condition Based Monitoring Process to ensure the highest reliability of company assets. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
What your background should look like: Bachelor’s degree required with preference given to Engineering or EH&S disciplines. 2 years of Facilities Management or Facilities Engineering experience. 2 years of experience is required in and Lean Manufacturing, environmental and OSHA Compliance. Related qualifications such as project management, business management, construction management, CSP, and GSP is also highly desirable. Strong background in leading facilities projects with an emphasis on vendor management. Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and be detail oriented. Team oriented Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and Self-starter, self-motivator with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $99,700 - $149,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
