Are you an experienced Facilities Manager ready to take on an exciting new challenge? Join BGIS and lead the management and delivery of our Services Agreement, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction, financial success, and compliance with all contractual and safety obligations.

About the Role:

As a Facilities Manager at BGIS, you’ll be at the forefront of managing both employees and subcontractors, ensuring smooth operations and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll oversee the financial aspects of contracts, including budgeting, invoicing, and debt collection, while maintaining strong client relationships and fostering a positive, high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contract budgets, invoicing, payments, and debtor collection to meet financial targets.
Ensure all KPIs are met by managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with contract terms, legal obligations, and BGIS systems.
Develop annual budgets and work scopes, oversee maintenance planning, and ensure effective resource allocation to meet contractual obligations.
Participate in risk assessments and hazard reporting, ensuring all workers and contractors are trained to safely perform tasks in line with OHS & E requirements.
Maintain strong, open communication with clients, conduct meetings, and prepare reports to ensure expectations are exceeded.
Promote a collaborative, high-performing work environment, mentoring team members and encouraging professional growth.
Research and implement sustainability strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to align with BGIS’s environmental goals.
Ensure adherence to BGIS’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated ability in integrated Property and Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management.
Experience managing budgets, invoices, payments, and compliance with QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
Trade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) and Post-Trade qualification (Engineering Certificate/Associate Diploma).
Experience with collaborative contracting, sustainability initiatives, and facilities management qualifications.
