Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient environment Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and emergency procedures Manage service contracts and liaise with external contractors and vendors Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and implement cost-effective strategies for facility improvements Coordinate space planning, renovations, and compliance with health and safety regulations Lead and support a small team, providing guidance, training, and performance management

About You:

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts Must be an Australian citizen

Desirable Attributes:

Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related discipline Familiarity with facility management software and tools Experience in managing multiple sites or large-scale facilities
