What You'll Do:
Assist in managing the co-working space and act as a support point of contact (POC) for the service provider. Support the coordination of day-to-day office operations across all locations within co-working spaces or office settings. Aid team members in organizing meetings and provide necessary facilities such as projectors, digital cameras, and other office equipment. Maintain courier logs and ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist in office setup and relocation efforts as required. Support travel arrangements for team members, including local, domestic, and international bookings, as needed. Act as a point of contact for administrative coordination and airport pick-ups and drop-offs in accordance. Help maintain logs for Employee transportation for staff and manage cab arrangements and assist in ensuring the safety of team members by supporting logistics planning through external agencies. Coordination basic support for HR Interviews and other HR aspects. Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or other authorized personnel. Coordinating and stock maintenance on the food and beverages on the daily basis. Access card and ID card preparation and distribution with respective employees. Ensuring office cleaning upkeep, parking and maintenance taken care of the regular basis.What You Bring:
3-5 years of work experience in Administrative or Coordination roles. Basic Facilities & administration with good interpersonal and communication skills. Willing to work in Day/afternoon shift Proficient in English; knowledge of Kannada regional language is must Basic skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks and feedback. Comfort in drafting professional emails. Basic experience in Transport, and Office Administration. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with a methodical approachAbout us:
