About the Role
An opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic teammate to join the Johnnie Walker Princes Street (JWPS)management team. The role reports to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager Scottish Brand Homes but works closely with the Head of JWPS, the JWPS Management team, Scottish Brand Homes Back of House Health & Safety Manager, and Global functions.
The role is responsible for providing leadership on all aspects of Facilities at JWPS.
Purpose of the Role:
The role owns the Facilities function at JWPS. This includes;
Implementation of Diageo’s health, safety, sustainability, Business Continuity and Security standards and objectives.Direct management and delivery of the FM contract which includes planned and reactive maintenance and compliance, security, cleaning and duty management.Management and delivery of small/medium projects.Liaising with stakeholders on operational requirements.Budgets and financial management.Key Responsibilities
Management of Enablon safety system for site. Supervising entries for completeness, reporting monthly H&S and Environmental metrics.Completing or assisting stakeholders with accident / incident investigation.Overall management of EQMS document management system for site.Developing or supporting the development of task specific risk assessments.Reviewing and approving third party risk assessment and method statements.Arranging key audits and inspections, fire risk assessment, legionella risk assessment, insurance risk assessment and ensuring actions are completed.Making decisions or advising stakeholders on safety queries Be responsible for the JWPS Business continuity planLeading compliance related training e.g First AidFinancial management budget control and purchasingThird party contract managementWorking with Us
