Facilities Manager-Multi-Site:
The facilities manager assists our General Managers in maintaining CarShop's multiple locations, ensuring they are safe and functional. They are responsible for inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating construction and renovation projects with the GMs of the various locations. The facilities manager initiates and carries out projects that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. This position reports directly to our Vice President of Operations.

What will you do?
Coordinate projects required to maintain CarShop facilities Comply with all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules (OSHA) Collaborate with management on budgeting for facility needs Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. Schedule service with outside vendors as necessary Maintains the aesthetics of the facilities through associates & vendors to ensure upkeep Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards Maintain safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures Ensure proper building and grounds security measures are taken Assist in the coordination of facility needs such as parking, space allocation, waste disposal, and preparation for changing weather conditions Handle vendor agreements Manage and update CarShop's electronic facility management system to track projects, budget, and proposals.What skills do you bring to the role?
Facilities management, project management experience, and basic facilities knowledge Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Process and summarize data for management analysis Must be willing and able to travel to the varying locations within CarShop Preferably 3-5 years of Facilities experience managing more than one location Proficiency with repair tools and techniques with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills Quick study, analytical thinker, ability to reprioritize and switch gears Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills Team player able to work with minimal supervision
