Seeking an experienced and client-centric Engineering Manager to lead our facilities management team in managing and maintaining our office buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, save costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key Roles:

Engineering and facilities management expertFoster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendorsManage multiple sites and projects, guiding and mentoring team membersDrive innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systemsOversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systemsDevelop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costsConduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issuesDevelop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projectsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovationsCommunicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutionsContinuously improve systems and save costs for clientsIdentify opportunities to provide additional services to clientsDevelop and implement innovative solutionsManage and maintain facilities and equipment

Leadership Expectations:

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the facilities management teamBoost staff satisfaction and moraleThink laterally and deliver innovative solutionsCommunicate effectively with clients and stakeholdersFoster a culture of safety, quality, and customer serviceDevelop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the facilities management team.
