As a successful candidate, you will:
Provide services normally performed by these Engineering Trades: A/C, Autoclave, Carpentry, Electrical, Locksmith, Painting, Plumbing, and Preventive Maintenance.Assist other Engineering shops as necessary to complete work projects on schedule.Install and repair equipment according to applicable building and safety codes.Focus on Life Safety compliance including inspections and documentation Be customer service oriented and self-sufficient in daily responsibilities.Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
High School Diploma. 4 additional years of experience plus the minimum experience requirement may substitute for minimum education (College or Trade school preferred).5 or more years applicable crafts experience. At least 2 years experience in HVAC, electrical, autoclave, locksmith, plumbing, advanced carpentry, or advanced painting trades.Current CA driver's license and a good driving record.Certification or demonstrated proficiency in 3 or more trades. At least one trade must include HVAC, electrical, autoclave, plumbing, locksmith, advanced carpentry, or advanced painting. Other eligible trades include carpentry, painting, Maintenance Repair Rounds (MR.R) or automotive mechanics.Additional Information:
