Facilities Office Coordinator
**Job Title: Facilities Coordinator** **Job Description** We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our hospital facilities. The role involves overseeing maintenance workers, coordinating with outside vendors, and ensuring the timely completion of all tasks. This position operates Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. **Responsibilities** + Manage facilities and maintenance workers by assigning and instructing work orders. + Receive maintenance requests from the hospital and enter them into the CMMS system to create tickets. + Coordinate with outside vendors, including contractors and state inspectors, for facility work. + Assist the Director of Operations in managing day-to-day activities to ensure timely task completion. **Essential Skills** + Customer service + Facility management + Vendor management + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook + Experience with Comprehensive Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) + Good communication skills + Organizational skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience managing a team of technicians in a hospital setting. + Understanding of the basic operations of a maintenance company within a hospital. + Knowledge of processes for working with outside contractors and state inspectors. **Why Work Here?** Join a nationwide company with several locations within New England, offering significant opportunities for career advancement.
