Job Description Supports the direction provided by the Facilities Development Director and works on the improvement and acquisition of other facilities for Globe.

1. E2E Facilities 3-Yr Integrated master planning (e.g. from DC, CLS, Data Center and Access sites supporting NTG Programs)

2. Updated Guidelines and Policies (Power, Tower and space design) base on latest solution and industry best practices

3. Organized Faciltiies Life Cycle Management plan

4. Capex and Opex Management

Competencies needed to design safe, efficient and innovative facilities.

1. Proficient in structural design and analysis (tower, power, space)

2. Basic understanding of building codes and standards

3. Understands the latest technologies and the application of solutions

4. With basic Financial background and Business acumen

5. Basic Database Management and Automation

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field of study
