As an off-price retailer, we generate more than $9B in sales through our nationwide network of stores.
Our Facilities Program Specialist is responsible for the management and execution of Facilities Department programs such as janitorial program for new stores, relocations and existing stores, restorative flooring services, lighting repairs, shopping cart repairs, exterior program services, on demand and special requests for all retail locations.
A Day in the Life
Manage all proactive maintenance, repairs and services with a strong sense of urgency, within budget guidelines. Develop scopes of work and manage vendors throughout execution to ensure schedule and quality expectations are met.Enforce contract compliance with sub-contractors and national vendors to ensure standards are maintained.Direct and support store managers and field management (DM’s) to ensure store conditions are optimal and associates are following the program.Manage night and weekend work (special projects, demand requests, new and remodel locations).Coordinate with Project and Facility Specialists where overlap occurs.Generate new store critical path for janitorial program. Direct the efforts of national providers and new store teams to optimize timing and execution of opening services ($5k per store) and post opening service levels.Manage exterior services to ensure properties are maintained to company standard and within budget/proposal guidelines. Manage Shopping Cart Repairs to ensure National Provider is addressing within company standard and with budget/proposal guidelines.
You’ll Come With
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a retail or commercial multi-unit environmentProject Management experience a plusExperience with Service Channel or other work order type systems a plusOracle financial programs knowledge a plusExperience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
