About the Job The Facilities Programs Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing and presenting information related to Repairs and Maintenance of store locations. This person generates reports and provides detailed information on potential maintenance issues within the organization that impact store efficiency. Key duties include data extraction, KPI development and tracking, and trend analysis. This is an in-office position, three days per week, and reports to the Sr. Manager of Facilities Programs. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Administer and oversee facilities budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, cost-saving initiatives, and alignment with financial objectives. Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and ensuring alignment with company strategies. Develop and analyze maintenance records to identify cost-saving opportunities, this includes reports on repair costs, downtime, and asset performance Support Facilities Operations with data analysis and reporting, including weekly review business forecast and allocation to meet financial obligations. Manage workload requests and identify optimal period to execute, ensuring we stay within our financial budget, tracking variances where needed. Develop preventive maintenance schedules to improve equipment uptime and develop variance reporting to ensure preventative maintenance is completed as scheduled. Administrate updates to the CMMS system to support efficiencies in workflow, supplier alignment and service delivery priorities Additional projects, tasks and reporting as needed. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field 5+ years’ experience working with a CMMS System (i.e. Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, etc.) or in an analytical role. Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to evaluate operational trends, identify risks, and propose innovative solutions to improve facilities performance. Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to safety or maintenance. Candidate should preferably be experienced in data visualization software, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar. Advanced Excel skills required, proficient with Microsoft Office product suite. Analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations. Effective at evaluating situations and developing process improvement plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to balance competing priorities and secure resolution through interdepartmental collaboration. Strong business acumen: retail or commercial property management experience, required. Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization. This is an in-office position, three days per week, from our Houston, Texas or Dublin, California (Bay Area) office. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
