Facilities Project Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITON We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Project Manager to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Director of Facilities to manager new site developments and other site-related projects for our growing convenience store company. The Facilities Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with company standards. EXAMPLES OF JOB TASKS The list below contains tasks that are typically associated with the job. It is not all-inclusive and may vary. + Assist the Director of Facilities in planning, coordinating, and executing new store construction and site improvement projects. + Develop detailed project timelines, budgets and schedules + Monitor project progress and resolve issues to ensure timely completion. + Serve as a liaison between internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals. + Provide regular updates to the Director of Facilities and other stakeholders. + Coordinate permits, inspections and compliance with local regulations. + Source and manage vendors and contractors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. + Maintain detailed records of project plans, budgets and communications. + Prepare and present reports on project performance and outcomes. + Other duties as assigned. Qualifications / Skills: + Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Valid NYS Driver’s License + Meet minimum requirements on pre-employment testing, including drug screening. + Must be an excellent team player with the ability to manage and build relationships across departments. + Must be highly motivated. + Proficiency in project management tools and software. + Knowledge of construction processes, permitting, and local building regulations is a plus.
