TITLE:
Facilities Project Manager (Technology Technical Project Manager)
JOB DESCRIPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
·\tLead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
·\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives.
·\tDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
·\tMonitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
·\tCommunicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
·\tEnsure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management.
·\tFacilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
·\tManage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical reports.
·\tFoster a collaborative and productive team environment.
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
·\tUtilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
·\tOversee Azure Cloud development projects, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
·\tLead application development projects using Python or .NET technologies.
·\tSupport data delivery initiatives, including requirements gathering with business partners and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
·\tBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
·\tProven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
·\tStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
·\tExperience with Power BI, Azure Cloud development, and application development using Python or .NET.
·\tPrevious experience supporting data delivery, including requirements gathering with business partners.
·\tExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.
·\tStrong leadership and team management abilities.
·\tExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
·\tProficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
·\tAbility to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
·\tPMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00
