Facilities Reliability Leader
**Job Title** Facilities Reliability Leader **Job Description Summary** Professional who understands the principles of performance evaluation, operational risk management and prediction models to improve product / systems safety, reliability and maintainability for facility systems, including team performance, Refrigeration, HVAC and Electrical systems. A member of the C&W Services Consulting Group, performing engineering, maintenance and process team evaluations and recommendations, this person will be responsible for bringing an analytical engineering focus to the client-based operation teams. This is a domestic role supporting North America (Canada, USA and Mexico). **Job Description** **DUTIES:** + Pay: $145,000-$155,000. + Work under the direction of Senior Director of Solutions Consulting group with primary responsibility for facility reliability and maintainability (R&M) projects of broad scope and complexity. + Provide ongoing research for new products, processes and tools for applications within the integrated facility services industry and beyond as may be appropriate for serviced accounts. + Apply LEAN Project management and statistical probability concepts to drive quality process improvements within specified timeframes. + Translate research and pilots conducted into appropriate recommendations, maintenance, and service programs. + Create, develop and deploy technical approaches, which are responsive and aligned to client maintenance requirements. Ensure that approaches are statistically valid and are aligned to current state-of-the-art practices and contractual requirements. + Develop work-study programs, work-flow diagrams, SOPs and playbooks. Mentor, coach and lead assigned projects. Mentor, coach and support customer led projects. Interpret R&M statistical data and draw conclusions with supporting rationales. + Develop, coordinate and conduct technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (DOE) constructs. + Recommend design or test methods and statistical process control procedures to understand the levels of service capability and facility reliability. + Compile and analyze performance reports and process control statistics; investigate and analyze relevant variables potentially affecting product and processes. + Provide continuing technical guidance to operations regarding R&M characteristics of equipment, including failure and maintenance support characteristics to ensure that service activity results in equipment and systems that meet high reliability, maintainability, system safety and human factors standard. + Perform activity and operational design tradeoffs while participating in solution reviews. + Perform R&M analyses of designs using standard methods and techniques, including root cause, failure modes, effects of criticality analysis and R&M predictions. + Provide input to life cycle cost models relative to R&M elements and develop Life-Cycle Asset-Management (LCAM) reports for client equipment and facilities. + Review, where applicable subcontractor’s proposals for service programs. + Support account team design & implementation of facility & equipment maintenance programs. + Coordinate multi-project service and reliability programs with cross-functional teams. + Develop and manage business proposals for service offerings, quality programs and cost savings. + Perform as technical and analytical SME to internal and external clients. Key contributor to innovation strategy, roadmap planning and program development. **REQUIREMENTS:** + 50% travel required. + This is a remote position, but prefer someone to be Midwest based. + Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field plus 3-4 years maintenance / reliability experience or equivalent career work experience and technical expertise. + Hands on maintenance experience in a multi-process industry. + Certification and/or qualification in predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring solutions. + Demonstrated ability to employ and deploy maintenance technologies with process and systems knowledge and experience. Statistical process knowledge preferred. + Excellent planning, organizational and interpersonal skills. MS Office literacy required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet, MSForms, Project,Visio). The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
