What You Will DoForescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Facility Security Officer to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. As the Facility Security Officer, you will administer Forescout’s security program in compliance with DoD regulations and contract security requirements. In this role, you will: Represent the company as the FSO and support all aspects of the personnel security program as required by DOD regulations and contract security requirementsCreate and maintain all security-related templates, to include initial security application instructions, clearance notifications, foreign travel briefings, DOD NDAs, prescreens, and clearance transfersReview all security clearance applications for accuracy and completeness in advance of submission to DODSet-up and maintenance of the fingerprint submission process and drafting applicable instructionsTracking all aspects of the security clearance/position of trust investigation and adjudication process, from prescreen, application review, fingerprint check completion, submission of application to DOD, and posting of interim and final clearanceCompletion, creation, and adherence to policies and procedures necessary for the facility clearance and industrial security program in compliance with 32 CFR 117, national industrial security policy, to include insider threat program compliance, initial and annual briefings, NDAs, and security records maintenance within the DOD systems of recordCompletion and tracking of ongoing security program requirements, such as foreign travel briefings/debriefings, cleared employee separation briefings, insider threat program meetings and documentation, annual self-inspections and the related/required documentation, and ongoing/periodic security awareness trainingCompletion of security actions and requests in a timely and professional manner via phone and email, to include visit requests and various security clearance actions (initiation, reviews, renewals, transfers, verifications, certifications, etc.)Assist with communications between the Company and government security officials, and other security agencies as may be needed or requested by the companyComplete and maintain DD 254s and maintain classified contracts listing information according to DOD guidanceLiaison with company staff to ensure personnel separated from the company are removed from the DOD system of record/DISSPrepare for, attend, and lead the annual security reviews conducted by DCSAProvide expertise, advice, and assistance to company personnel regarding security procedures and reporting requirements in a timely and professional mannerWill perform other federal related duties as assigned US Citizenship required What You Will BringWe encourage you to apply if you meet most but not all the desired skills and experience listed in this job posting.
