Job DescriptionManage the team and responsible for Building's operation, system maintenance upon business needLead the team to generate maintenance master plan per system and responsible to track and ensure system PM was conducted timelyLead the team to conduct detailed troubleshooting on system breakdown and generate 8D report on root cause analysis and preventionDevelop cost saving projects and establish continuous improvement program to upkeep system's performance upon the demandResponsible and deliver any site requested project / expansion needConduct Audit, generate KPI report and responsible for OPEX spending and forecast Execute special project/assignment tasked by Site Facilities DirectorQualificationsEducational Required : B.Eng. / B.Sc. or higher in electrical, mechanical, chemical, industrial Technology, or equivalent.
Skill : Working knowledge of Facilities system, Planning, Finance, system functioning and Management skill.
Experiences Required : Minimum 8 years experiences in high technology manufacturing Facilities and preferable in Facilities Management Field.
Other Requirement: Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14001, 18001 and 22301. Knowledge of Cleanroom environment and contamination control, Operating, maintenance and installation experiences in similar Manufacturing Facilities Industry
