You’ll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance—including HVAC systems—and ensure safe, efficient facility performance. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform routine and preventive maintenance: **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, and equipment repair** + Troubleshoot and repair building systems and machinery + Operate **maintenance lifts** and work at heights using **PFAS** + Collaborate with contractors and engineers on facility systems + Maintain fire suppression systems and follow proper waste disposal procedures + Adhere to all safety protocols and participate in training **Qualifications** + **2+ years** facilities maintenance experience in a **distribution or manufacturing environment** + Experience with **HVAC routine maintenance** + Skilled in using **hand/power tools** , and **material handling equipment** + **Forklift Experience preferred** + Knowledge of **PPE** and safe work practices **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
