Scope of Work Support Requirements: Selected Vendor shall provide support service types below: HVAC Systems Maintenance (PM services, repair, replacement) þ Electrical Systems Maintenance (Lighting, adds, moves, changes, etc.) þ Commercial grade Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS)(PM service, batteries replacement, unit replacement as needed) þ Fire Suppression/Clean agent Systems (PM service/annual inspections, repairs, replacements as required) þ Perform Structural Support (Leak, plumbing, structural, etc.) þ Conduct periodic quarterly cleaning services (Dust removal, IT Cabinets/Racks, floor cleaning, general overall cleaning) Facility Maintenance services shall include scheduling and managing periodic inspections, a comprehensive work order management process which provides facility management tasks and enables efficient management of maintenance work orders and preventative and corrective maintenance schedules. There should be consistent preventative maintenance checks on ALL applicable HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire Suppression System, Structural support, and Commercial UPS devices contained in the identified IT MDF-IDF & dedicated SACS IDF rooms. Services is to be provided on twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week basis and should include ongoing preventative maintenance on all designated systems based on individual system recommended specifications.
