Job Title: Facilities & Services Coordinator
FLSA Status: Full-Time Hourly
Reports To: HR Sr. Admin. Assistant
Responsible for overall organization and maintenance of our Green Bay support offices, ensuring our offices are inviting and accommodating to all who work and visit.
Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the office environment is kept in good order, organized and stocked with necessary suppliesMaintaining the appearance of the office including:Painting of walls and paint touchupsPatching walls, nail holesReplacing ceiling tilesChanging light bulbsHanging decorPrepare meeting spaces, ensuring rooms are setup for meetingsCollaborate with the Sr. Office Assistant on special event planning/execution (i.e. office lunch recognition events)Maintain records of scheduled preventative maintenanceRegular inspection of all areas of the building to identify and correct issuesSchedule contractors for work when it becomes necessarySupervise the work and manage project costsRespond to emergency maintenance requests as requiredSchedule and oversee required maintenance inspections necessary to maintain compliance on all equipment in the buildingManage lawn care and plow servicesPerform basic exterior facility needsSuch as moderate snow shoveling, weed spraying, parking lot upkeep, etc.Work closely with HR Sr. Admin. Assistant to facilitate internal office moves Utilize MS Outlook Calendar to monitor conference room schedule and ensure conference rooms are set up properly for meetingsMaintain inventory of supplies including café supplies, coffee station supplies, maintenance supplies, and building materialsProvide assistance with office incoming deliveries,(company lunch program for officeand delivering packages)Perform light cleaning tasks Complete all tasks per company safety standardsEnsure excellent guest service with follow up on requestsMiscellaneousTakes accountability for all actionsCourteous and professional attitude toward all associates, vendors, and guestsMaintain neat, clean uniform and professional conduct at all timesRegular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.Other duties and projects as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in most areas of general maintenance and light carpentry Understanding of the fundamentals of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC1-3 years education or equivalent job experience in trade related fieldsAwareness and execution of all safety standardsAbility to operate power tools/equipmentValid driver’s license and reliable transportation is requiredGood communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and WordOrganized, professional, resourceful, proactive, reliable and have a strong attention to detail and time managementWork independently to make decisions based on the information provided
