This role reports into the Global Workplace Services Team in which supports the UKG Goals, Directives, and Mission of Our Purpose is People.
About the Role
As a Facilities Services Coordinator, you contribute to a positive environment in one of our offices, while keeping the workplace running efficiently and in a manner that inspires productivity and connection. Your expertise lies in your positivity, approachability, and execution abilities in a changing environment to drive best-in-class workplace environments and services.
We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in this role. While extensive experience is not required, the ideal candidate should possess a foundational understanding of the core skills relevant to this position. We value a strong desire to develop professionally and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities as outlined below:
+ Systems Furniture- Troubleshoot power loss, damage and replace and install items as needed
+ Door hardware: Door closures, latches, hinges, alignment, lock replacement, hard key management
+ Plumbing: Restroom sensor replacement, clog mitigation, general troubleshooting
+ HVAC: Filter replacement, Unit troubleshooting
+ Painting: Small to medium scale painting projects
+ General repairs: Carpet repair, art/wall fixture installation, glass film installation and others as assigned
+ Monitor employee request ticket queue and complete requests within assigned scope
+ Support onsite meeting and event requests, room set ups, catering needs, and event supplies
+ Participate in emergency response and office safety programs
+ Move between Weston area UKG buildings within assigned scope to facilitate duties listed above
+ Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
+ At least two years of related experience working in a corporate or hospitality environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) is required, candidates with experience in ServiceNow and/or iOffice, are preferred.
+ Demonstrate excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
+ Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Highly organized with superior attention to detail
+ Be able to lift 30-50 lb.

The pay range for this position is $20/hr to $28.75/hr, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
