We are seeking a Facilities Services Portfolio Manager, a client-specific nationwide position on our Operations Management & Facilities Services (OMFS) team. In this role you’ll be responsible for the leadership of multiple sites and facilities operations for a specific client across the United States. You'll also have responsibility for the profitable and sustainable financial performance, safety, compliance and contractual and technical management of project teams, as well as inclusion and diversity, mentoring and associate development. Leading project teams, you’ll be the primary point of contact for client relationships and report regularly as to client confidence, satisfaction, and challenges. You’ll communicate with management as to project status, maintain established project budgets to ensure profitability ratios and work to actively increase margins. You’ll be expected to assist in the development of new work and/or expand existing work and report on all sales efforts, and prepare reports and presentations as required. You’ll also lead recruiting, mentoring, development, and retention of talent, including regional succession planning, development, and training of future leaders. The location for this position is open. Candidate must live near a major airport as this position will require up to 50% travel. Ideally, You'll Also Have: * Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) from four-year college or university. * CFM Certification. * Experience with Microsoft Office.
