You will lead energy management initiatives, coordinate maintenance activities, and implement facility improvements to optimize resources and support continuous operational excellence. **What You’ll Do** + Assess facility and equipment systems, analyze data, and recommend improvements + Design and oversee facility expansions, plant layouts, and quality control systems + Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor activities, and resource allocation + Monitor and optimize energy usage, develop energy models, and manage the energy budget + Lead and develop the plant energy team in line with ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Standard + Ensure compliance with regulations, building codes, safety standards, and operational instructions + Prepare reports, documentation, and analyses to support facility and energy management decisions **What You’ll Bring** **Basic Qualifications** + VI/VII degree in Mechanical or Technical Engineering + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + English language skills + Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach + Adaptability, patience, and ability to meet tight deadlines + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in facility or energy management within industrial environments + Knowledge of energy efficiency standards, plant infrastructure, or ISO 50001 implementation + Ability to lead and develop small technical teams + Familiarity with maintenance planning, boiler/compressor operations, or pressure vessel management We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
