This role involves remotely managing multiple commercial properties by coordinating with various vendors for inspections and repairs, ensuring all vendor reports are complete, and resolving any issues promptly. It includes managing the work order system, maintaining professional relationships with tenants and vendors, and handling administrative tasks such as coding invoices and preparing monthly reports. Effective communication with clients and timely follow-up on all tasks are crucial aspects of this position.
