Facilities Specialist – Full-time, Evenings

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Specialist to join this team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of these facilities. It offers a steady set schedule, 2 days off in a row every week, absolutely no holidays, and guilt-free time off.

Essential Functions & Duties: Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Gather, empty trash, cardboard, and recycling into dumpsters and cardboard compactor Service, clean, and supply restrooms Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, squeegees, and other window cleaning equipment Clean and dust, furniture, walls, ceilings, vents, machines, and equipment Prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications Steam-clean, shampoo, or extract carpets Move conference room, office furniture, and equipment

Qualifications:   Three (3) years of experience in directly related cleaning experience, or a combination of experience and education Some supervisory experience is preferred Ability to operate specialized equipment, maintain appropriate records, develop and obtain specialized custodial knowledge Work heights range from floor to overhead height Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds, two people work together to lift over 60 pounds
