Join Our Team as a Facilities Supervisor in Cessnock, NSW

We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Cessnock, New South Wales. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position working with a key government client.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the system that records all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the facility. Assign and distribute work orders to meet contract requirements and KPIs. Promptly address reported issues and coordinate efficient responses. Supervise and manage maintenance and support staff for the contract. Conduct regular inspections of services, plant, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance.

Qualifications and Qualities:

Proven experience in a similar role within property management, building/facilities management, or corporate real estate. Formal tertiary qualifications in building/facilities management. A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle are essential. Ability to adapt quickly to change and embrace flexible, innovative approaches. Proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Work Order Management Systems.
