Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to join our team in South Wharf in Melbourne.  This is a permanent, full-time, onsite position working on iconic client site!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the system that records all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the facility. Assign and distribute work orders to meet contract requirements and KPIs. Promptly address reported issues and coordinate efficient responses. Supervise and manage maintenance and support staff for the contract. Conduct regular inspections of services, plant, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance.

Qualifications and Qualities:

Proven experience in a similar role within property management, building/facilities management, or corporate real estate. Formal tertiary qualifications in building/facilities management. Ability to adapt quickly to change and embrace flexible, innovative approaches. Proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Work Order Management Systems. Training in current OH&S, QA and ideally environmental legislations and systems;
