This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative facilities management environment.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address and resolve any facilities-related issues promptly and effectively. Monitor and report on facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this role.
