About the Role:
BGIS is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Holsworthy, NSW. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills and experience in facility management, including overseeing maintenance activities and contractor management. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily facility operations, including preventative and reactive maintenance activities. Lead a team of technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures. Maintain and monitor asset performance, coordinating inspections, audits, and routine servicing of equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, responding to requests and addressing facility-related issues promptly. Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to implement and enhance processes and policies in line with contract requirements. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and contractor compliance, ensuring adherence to WHS and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in facilities supervision or a similar role is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards. Proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is desirable. Australian Citizenship is mandatory due to site security requirements.
