About the Role

As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our client’s facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal functionality. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of facilities staff and subcontractors to deliver high-quality service and maintain a safe work environment. Managing maintenance and repairs to ensure facilities are in top condition and meet compliance standards. Conducting regular inspections and identifying areas for improvement, with proactive recommendations and solutions. Overseeing preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for candidates with:

Australian Citizenship due to security requirements. Proven experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related role. Strong knowledge of WHS regulations and commitment to safety best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills to inspire and guide your team. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Services, or similar (highly regarded).
