The Facility Supervisor will ensure that all properties are clean, safe, and functioning efficiently. The hourly range for this position is $30 / hour - Commensurate, depending on relevant experience, skills, and education. + Medical, Dental, and Vision effective your 1 st day of employment + 401(k) with company match (immediate vesting) + 120 hours (about 15 days) of paid time off (PTO) + 10 paid holiday days + Flexible work schedule (every other Friday off) + Opportunity for advancement and career growth + Employer-sponsored Life Insurance, short-term and long-term Disability Insurance + Gym Membership Stipend + Tuition Reimbursement + Wellness Program + Pet Insurance + Fertility Benefits **Who You Are:** + High School Diploma or equivalent + Minimum of 3 years experience **Duties and Responsibilities:** + **Facility Operations Management:** Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple facility locations, ensuring all maintenance, safety, and compliance standards are met. + **Maintenance Oversight:** Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning optimally. Address any urgent repairs in a timely manner. + **Vendor & Contractor Management:** Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, cleaning, and facility improvement projects. + **Health & Safety Compliance:** Ensure all locations comply with safety regulations and environmental policies. Perform regular inspections and implement corrective actions when needed. + **Budgeting & Resource Allocation:** Manage facility budgets, track expenditures, and suggest cost-effective solutions for operations, repairs, and upgrades. + **Customer Service:** Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. + **Reporting:** Generate regular reports on facility conditions, maintenance activities, and staff performance for upper management. **Daily Tasks include:** + Order office supplies for all office locations + Find office space needed as requested by execs - negotiate lease and facilitate all involved in moving into the space + Ongoing issues with HQ foundation issues and items falling out of warranty in need of repairs + Research and sign contract on services needed for all locations (janitorial, cintas, dumpster, furniture move, etc) + Handle any building/safety issues for all office locations + Updated digital floor plans for new hires, terms, moves (works with reports for execs) + Run reports for execs as needed + Surveillance of office spaces (reports needed upon request) Ampirical is an Equal Opportunity Employer, meaning we do not discriminate based on the following characteristics in our hiring and employment practices: Age, sex, color, race, creed, national origin, religion or religious attire, marital status, pregnancy (child birth or related medical conditions), citizenship status or amnesty, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, gender expression, transgender status, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, sickle-cell trait, status as a tobacco user or non-user, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
