About the role:
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing and operating infrastructure and support services for the corporate environment, ensuring that all systems and facilities operate efficiently and safely. This professional leads operational teams, manages contracts with suppliers and ensures compliance with safety, budget and quality standards.
Must be able to develop policies, standards, indicators, procedures and operational flows. Must also be accustomed to developing management and financial reports and making presentations. Monitors employee performance and provides feedback to constantly improve service provision.
The Facilities Supervisor must maintain control and organization over all office services in order to meet all demands, as well as perform other tasks of the same nature and level of complexity associated with supporting the area manager.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance activities (electrical, hydraulic, air conditioning and masonry) registration of suppliers and payments. Manage outsourced services, such as cleaning, security and corporate transportation, ensuring that activities are completed and that employees and customers are served properly. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance, reducing costs and operational interruptions. Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers, seeking operational efficiency and cost reduction. Monitor the consumption of resources such as energy, water and supplies, implementing sustainability measures. Prepare management reports on operations, expenses and performance indicators (KPIs). Promote actions that improve the user experience in the corporate environment, including comfort and well-being. Coordinate projects to improve or expand infrastructure, in line with the company's strategy. Management of the vehicle fleet. Performs other activities related to the position in agreement with the manager. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to occupational safety, health and the environment.

About you:
Higher education in Engineering, Administration, Architecture or related fields.
Proven experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
Knowledge of labor legislation, occupational safety and contract management.
Mastery of facilities management tools.
Proficient in English & Portuguese / Spanish is desired.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Knowledge of SAP system.
Flexible working hours.
Ability to lead and manage changes in a complex environment.
Problem solving through root cause analysis, Data driven continuous improvement, Strong communication skills.
Travel requirements: Up to 10 % of the time.
